Building Skills and Giving Back: MCFT Apprentices at Staines RFC

We are committed to giving back to the communities in which we work and live in. One of the ways we do this is by supporting local organisations that play an important role in their areas, and recently, we had the opportunity to do just that.

As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, we were proud to support Staines Rugby Football Club, a local club in need of assistance with their kitchen equipment. This project provided a great hands-on learning opportunity for our Apprentice Technicians. Under the supervision of our expert Training Team, the Apprentices carried out a full Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) service on the club's kitchen equipment.

This was an invaluable chance for our Apprentices to gain real-world experience at the same time as giving back and helping a much-loved local club to continue serving the community safely and effectively.
