Recognised as the foremost technical training provider in the industry around the world, MCFT has a full-time training facility based in Berkshire, ranging from taking in students from colleges to keeping experienced team members up to speed on latest industry developments.
During their training at the Technical Academy, our trainees have a dedicated experienced coach who will provide them with the people, technical and commercial skills to successfully develop a long career with MCFT.
The dedicated premises comprises space for desk-based training and an area where practical training on real equipment takes place. Enabling our trainee technicians to understand the demands of the industry and experience immersive real-world situations preparing them for the challenges they will face in the field.
