We’re proud to be named the #1 SME Apprenticeship Employer in the Top 50 for 2025 by the Department for Education! This prestigious recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to addressing the skills shortage in commercial catering and refrigeration engineering.

The 5% Club

MCFT are proud to announce we have been awarded Platinum membership to the 5% club. Having achieved Gold Membership in three consecutive years, and in year three, in excess of 10% of our workforce on earn & learn schemes.

The 5% club recognises the UK’s leading employers of apprentices, graduates and degree placement students – and provides invaluable benchmarking information for apprenticeship managers, graduate recruiters and senior management.

Royal Warrant Holders

We are very proud to share that MCFT has been granted the Royal Warrant of Appointment to His Majesty King Charles III, after receiving our first Royal Warrant to Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
