MCFT Annual Walsby Walk
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week some of the MCFT team met up on the weekend for our annual MCFT Walsby Walk - Sonning Eye & Shiplake Circular Trail, organised by Jo Walsby.
The theme for this years Mental Health Awareness Week is all about 'community', something we are very passionate about at MCFT. This day reminds us of the importance of staying connected, checking in with one another, and taking time out to focus on our wellbeing.
