Bringing Our Teams Together: Highlights from MCFT Big Comms Q3
In September, we were delighted to host our UK Big Comms Q3 event, bringing together teams from across the country – North, London, South, and West.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our regional teams to connect in person, share updates, and explore fresh ways to collaborate across the business. These sessions are always a highlight, giving us the chance to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and align on how we continue to grow and deliver outstanding service for our clients.
It was also a great opportunity to celebrate our Service Awards. A huge congratulations goes to Stu Ford for an incredible achievement – 20 years with MCFT! Stu’s dedication, expertise, and commitment over the years are truly inspiring, and it was a privilege to recognise his contribution in front of colleagues from across the UK.
A big thank you to all our regional teams who joined, contributed their insights, and played a part in making the event such a success. Your energy and ideas are what drive us forward – helping MCFT continue to improve, innovate, and provide the best possible service.
