City & Guilds Visit the MCFT Technical Academy

In July, we were proud to welcome Michael Osbaldeston and Paddy Craven FIEP from City & Guilds to the MCFT Technical Academy. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the scale, ambition and impact of our in-house training programme.

Our Technical Academy is purpose-designed with dedicated catering and refrigeration training facilities, where real-world learning meets structured development. From practical work bays to classroom learning, our setup reflects the demands of today’s commercial engineering landscape.

At MCFT, our goal is clear: to find and train the next generation of engineers—and ensure they become the very best in the industry. With City & Guilds’ recognition and ongoing partnership, we’re not just training engineers—we’re helping to define the future standards of the industry.
