Congratulations to Michael Davies, MCFT Learning and Development Manager, for receiving the Membership of the City & Guilds of London Institute Award!

"Michael is an experienced commercial catering engineer who started his career as an apprentice. He is responsible for leading the team of trainers delivering the internal training programmes for MCFT at their state-of-the-art centre in Berkshire. MCFT are a Princess Royal Training Award Holder and invest heavily in all their people, especially apprentices, making them the leading installer and maintainer of catering equipment to many high profile clients around the world, including the Palace. MCFT attribute their commercial success to the quality of their training and the demonstrable skills of their workforce."
