Terence currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ORCA Service Technologies (OST): MCFT’s technology partner - focusing on the creation of industry-leading Field Service Software Solutions.

Terence started his career by studying International Facility Management at the Hanze University and has since worked at several FM and IT positions in the Netherlands, UK, and South America. He joined MCFT in 2016 as a Sales and Marketing intern and has grown through various roles within the organisation: Graduate, Business Improvement Manager to Chief Operating Officer at OST.
