Dan joined MCFT in 2017 following a Business degree & a background in hospitality. He started in the equipment sales team and growing relationships with manufacturers, before moving across to the operations side of the business and being appointed Operations Director in 2021.

Dan was promoted to UK Managing Director in September 2024, he is passionate about developing people. He takes great pride in visiting customers and understanding their needs, and then helping to deliver the work thanks to the fantastic MCFT team.
