What we do
MCFT has 2 directly employed teams of fully skilled and competent kitchen engineers on the road, backed up by a head office based service team.
The catering team are responsible for preparation, cooking, beverage and ware-washing equipment across all leading major brands.
The refrigeration team are responsible for all aspects of refrigeration equipment from basic fridges to large-scale walk-in fridges and freezers operating from remote pack systems.
You will have a ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ engineer specifically designated to your site
Our engineers have to wear many hats! It is not enough just to be technically competent, we expect and train them to be effective account managers by developing their commercial and people skills
We are extremely focused and proud about what we do. This focus does mean that we do not try to be a 'Jack of all trades' so we leave deep-cleans and extraction maintenance to others.
