brands in our overseas operations (Starbucks & Costa to name a few) has lead to
development of our service delivery with multi-site operations within the UK.
From planned maintenance to reactive calls, new equipment supply and rollout, we are in a great position to help.
How we do it
There are three key points to how we deliver our work: Communication, Understanding and Our People!
- Keeping you in the loop is vital - we put real emphasis on communication throughout our business, from when our engineer will turn up to do the job, to instantly accessible job sheets on our customer portal, IRIS.
- Understanding your estate is key to delivering what you need. This also allows our engineers to build rapports with each individual site, as well as understanding which assets are critical to the operation.
- We are immensely proud of our people and they are at the heart of everything we do.
Our core business is delivered by two groups; our engineers and back office support. Our City & Guilds approved technical academy ensures that you have the very best engineers attending site, and we tailor our training dependent on the assets on site. Our back office support holds the responsibility for providing updates and ensuring our account management is delivered exactly as your needs dictate.
