Apprenticeship programme goes from strength to strength
The apprenticeship scheme is going strong with 5 higher apprentices currently in the business and more coming on board over the coming months.
There are dedicated mentors for the programme to ensure that there is always guidance and help when needed.
- Karen McDonagh is responsible for HR roles
- Jo Walsby is responsible for business administration
- Terence Horsman is responsible for IT
The management team keep up with other like-minded businesses at external events such as “Making apprenticeships work - a reflection on practice” run by City and Guilds.
What do apprentices do?
Faye works in HR – she joined in April 2018 (HR CIPD)
Finn and George are doing business admin Level 3, and joined us in August 2018 in the sales team and service team respectively
Harry joined the service team in Dec 2018, also doing business admin Level 3
Gabriel is doing IT infrastructure technician Level 3, having joined us in Dec 2018
4 new apprentices for 2019
Trainee accountant Chloe will be starting her 2 year AAT programme at college in September
Alice has just joined us as a trainee recruiter
Ben & Arron will join the sales and operations teams in July having just finished their A levels
