At the European Field Service Awards in 2021, MCFT walked away with being awarded as the

'Pioneers of the Year'.

Being recognised for adapting our business model in response to the Covid-19 outbreak and ensuing lockdown. Making sure we were still able to support our customer by servicing food service equipment in a safe and protected manner.

Delighted to have our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) credentials recognised by Ecovadis.

A rigorous, 40 page review of every single aspect of the way in which we conduct business.

Target for 2022, Gold!

External endorsement of the MCFT approach to learning and development has come like buses - two at once:

Thrilled to achieve recognition for the programmes but also the apprentices who’ve been through our development pathways – and doubly thrilled to have Faye, one-time apprentice and now HR Business Partners a regional apprenticeship ambassador.

5% Club

On Thursday 4th November, the 5% Club announced award winners  at their annual symposium – and MCFT achieved Gold, alongside an impressive list of international names.

As Chris noted during the event, it’s puzzling to see so few businesses recognising the value of bringing on their talent pool – it’s not only the way to resource the future, it’s an engaging and fulfilling way to work.

No plans for stepping away from the programme – just waiting for 5% to introduce Platinum!
