IRIS - everything at your fingertips
We recognise that customers are looking for ‘ease of dealing’ when it comes to service providers and our client portal IRIS has been developed exactly for this reason.
IRIS enables you to book a call out, enquire about an ongoing job, look up the service history and spend of an asset and much more. Rather than trawling through cumbersome reports, you can drill into the data on IRIS for direct and secure access to all information held on our system, making it as easy and risk free as possible to find exactly what you want, when you want it.
Gas safety certificates, F Gas management, asset condition reporting, spend and history analysis are all held for you to access in real-time.
ORCA - managing workflows
Our engineers all have an app on their phones which contains the task lists for each customer site. It enables them to create service reports, access asset information and order parts.
Once the job is finished, you will be asked to provide sign off via the app. No need for reams of paper that need filing. Everything is recorded at the touch of a button, and then available to you in future via our customer portal, IRIS.
