On April 22th MCFT's long-anticipated football match took place - and not just an ordinary match. At 11:30 AM the two teams gathered at the field which was kindly hosted by Maidenhead Rugby Club. As a part of MCFTs involvement in the local community, the club was recently provided with an oven - to improve their catering offer. The game would resolve the long build up competition between office & engineers staff. But more importantly, to raise money for the Borne Arctic Challenge and to hit our £2.500, - target, to help fight premature birth deaths.
In March, MD Mark Brooker was part of a group of 12 (all working in facilities management and associated sectors) who visited various sites in the Netherlands to see some examples of innovative FM projects.
As a lot of you may know, MCFT incorporates several interns into the business throughout the year. Our interns are viewed as true members of the team, given responsibilities in terms of projects, process improvements and daily tasks, these are of great importance to the business – our interns don’t serve the coffee’s!.
