Chris Craggs began the business in January of 1992, having begun his career working in catering. Initially, the business produced bespoke stainless steel fabrication (sheet metal, press brakes, welding and polishing, etc) predominantly for the grand West End hotels. In 1998, our technicians came on board and we began to offer complete food service projects, whilst at the same time focusing on particular market sectors.
Fast forward to 2010, and we completely restructured to focus on service and maintenance of mostly the south east of the UK. In 2014, following significant growth, we expanded to offer a national service. This growth has continued and we have expanded further into Dubai and Qatar.
Our goal is to provide excellent value for money to our customers through transparent, accountable, and efficient services while always maintaining best practice.
We have a plethora of external accreditations unparalleled in our industry - from ISO9000 quality management through membership of appropriate trade associations, environmental waste, health & safety accreditations, professional registrations and people investment.
