In addition to directly supporting customers in the field with our own engineering team, we are very happy to offer after-sales training in the use and effective maintenance of equipment.

This can extend from live cookery demonstrations with chefs and the opportunity for the catering team to understand the full range of functionality of the equipment to planned maintenance regimes and the appropriate documentation of same. Where appropriate and through our contacts, we will engage directly with manufacturers to provide factory approved training – as well as operator and service manuals – exploded diagrams, parts schedules and wiring diagrams.

We can offer annual refresher courses, look after new members of the team and offer annual inspections, audits and monitoring – to ensure your in-house team are following best practice and keeping your equipment safe and in the best working condition.
